Pathfinder PAC Pathfinder PAC

Leadership Built Before the Fight.

Pathfinder PAC applies military-grade discipline to political organizing. We are not here to win one election. We are here to build organizations that outlast the fight.

Develop leaders. Build the movement. Win elections.

What Pathfinder Stands For

Discipline in Service of Self-Government.

America does not suffer from a shortage of people willing to run for office. It suffers from a shortage of prepared leaders. Likewise, our communities do not lack concerned citizens; they lack organized citizens. Pathfinder exists to close both gaps.

Lasting political success requires more than winning a single election. It requires developing leaders of character, cultivating engaged citizens, and building organizations that endure beyond any one campaign or cycle.

Barrett McNabb built Pathfinder around a simple conviction: movements win when people are trained before pressure arrives, aligned around a clear mission, and held to standards higher than the noise around them.

01

Develop Leaders

Identify and prepare principled candidates capable of serving with competence, steadiness, and integrity.

02

Build the Movement

Organize citizens into a disciplined force for their communities, their candidates, and the republic.

03

Win Elections

Turn preparation into durable political results through field work, message discipline, and focused execution.

About Barrett McNabb

Why He Built Pathfinder.

Barrett McNabb with his family
Family, duty, and the work of building something that lasts.

Barrett McNabb has seen what happens when people are trained before the pressure arrives. As a combat veteran, Army officer, and business owner, he understands that durable success comes from preparation, standards, and teams that know why they exist.

Pathfinder PAC is his answer to a political culture that too often rewards noise over readiness. The organization exists to identify leaders early, prepare citizens for meaningful action, and build the infrastructure conservative candidates need before the fight begins.

This PAC is not built around personality or spectacle. It is built around a doctrine: develop leaders, build the movement, win elections.

From the Objective to the Ballot Box.

Barrett McNabb with his wife Kimberly and their two children

Barrett McNabb founded Pathfinder PAC on a simple conviction: campaigns should be planned and executed with the same discipline, coordination, and operational excellence that have guided successful military operations for generations.

Commissioned as an Infantry Officer in 1999, Barrett served more than sixteen years in some of the Army's most demanding assignments — the 82nd Airborne Division, Joint Special Operations missions, combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and diplomatic service as a Foreign Area Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Morocco. He earned two Bronze Star Medals, the Combat Infantry Badge, the Expert Infantry Badge, and the Department of State Meritorious Honor Award, among other decorations.

After his military service, he carried the same leadership principles into the private sector — building and leading multiple businesses and serving in national franchise leadership roles — reinforcing his belief that disciplined planning, strong leadership, and organizational culture consistently outperform personalities and improvisation.

Rather than a collection of political tactics, Barrett treats elections as complex operations that demand mission analysis, leadership development, strategic communications, resource management, and synchronized execution. His vision extends beyond any single cycle: an enduring institution that develops principled conservative leaders, strengthens civic engagement, and equips future generations to preserve constitutional self-government.

He lives in Texas with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children. His faith, his commitment to service, and his belief in the enduring promise of the American Republic guide both his leadership and the mission of Pathfinder PAC.

"We don't organize to win a news cycle. We organize to hold the ground."

The mission is generational: recruit the disciplined, train the committed, and build institutions that stand when the pressure comes. That is the standard. Everything Pathfinder funds is measured against it.

The Pathfinder Doctrine

A pathfinder goes in first. Marks the drop zone. Sets the conditions for everyone who follows. That is the job of this organization — reconnaissance and infrastructure for a disciplined political movement.

Doctrine // Intent

Build the Organization Before You Need It.

Doctrine Record File: DOCTRINE-001
Standard: enduring infrastructure
Measure: long-cycle readiness

Most political money chases the next election and evaporates the day after. The Pathfinder Doctrine treats organizing as infrastructure: durable, trained, and ready before the moment demands it. We invest in people and systems that compound over cycles, not campaigns that vanish overnight.

The doctrine is built on five pillars. Each is a standard, not a slogan. Together they define who we recruit, what we fund, and how we measure whether we are winning the long fight — not just the next news cycle.

The Standard // Five Pillars
Evaluation Criteria Character
Liberty
Stewardship
Strength
Service

Standards, Not Slogans.

Each pillar functions as a test: who we recruit, what we fund, and how we decide whether the mission is worthy of Pathfinder resources.

01
Pillar One

Courageous Leadership

Character before politics.

Leadership requires moral courage. We support leaders who place principles above politics, service above self, and conviction above convenience. Public office is a position of trust that demands integrity, humility, and the willingness to make difficult decisions when they are right — not merely when they are popular.

02
Pillar Two

Constitutional Liberty

Freedom is the purpose of government.

The Constitution exists to secure liberty, protect individual rights, and preserve the institutions of self-government. We support leaders who defend religious liberty, free speech, the Second Amendment, private property, and the rule of law — while respecting the constitutional limits placed upon government.

03
Pillar Three

Stewardship of the Republic

Prosperity requires responsible governance.

Economic freedom and fiscal responsibility create opportunity for future generations. Government should be an honest steward of taxpayer resources, encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, and preserve an environment where families, businesses, and communities can flourish.

04
Pillar Four

American Strength

Peace is preserved through strength.

A secure nation is the foundation for freedom and prosperity. We support leaders committed to a strong national defense, secure borders, energy independence, and policies that advance America's long-term security while protecting the interests of the American people.

05
Pillar Five

Civic Responsibility

Liberty survives only when citizens choose to serve.

Self-government depends on citizens who accept responsibility for their communities, participate in civic life, and invest in the future of the Republic. Elections are not won by candidates alone — they are won by citizens who organize neighborhoods, educate voters, mentor future leaders, and strengthen the institutions that sustain a free society. Pathfinder exists not only to develop candidates, but to develop citizens.
